Return/Refund Policy
Coollozenge is proud of the quality of its products and wants to make sure you are completely satisfied. If not, you may return any unused/undamaged portion of product in its original container within 30 days of purchase date for a refund. Simply contact us on our contact page to obtain authorization. Note: The refund will be calculated on the unused portion being returned. There will be a 20% restock fee. It is the customer’s responsibility to ship the product back to us. Upon receipt of the return product, Coollozenge will issue a refund within 48 hours.
Damaged Product Policy
We go to great lengths in packaging your product for shipment. Occasionally, FedEx or the US Postal Service may try and deliver a box that is damaged. If your box is severely damaged, refuse delivery and notify us. Otherwise, report any damage of the contents to us within 48 hours. Return unused damaged product to us. Contact us on our contact page. Once the product is returned, replacement product will be shipped to you at no charge.
Shipping Errors
We go through extra procedures to ensure you get everything you ordered and paid for. The product and shipping box is digitally weighed to 1/100 of an ounce, thus, making it extremely easy to verify any shortage. If you encounter a shortage and/or the wrong product, please contact our Customer Service department immediately on our contact page. Please include order number and receipt if possible and we will rectify the error at no charge to you.
Typographical Errors
In the event that Coollozenge’s product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Coollozenge reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Coollozenge shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
